1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and options if something doesn’t go as expected with your order.

2. Apparel & Accessorie Purchases

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@birdieclub.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us before sending your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
